Dimond Membership

It's a 90 days paid membership. You can view unlimited profiles but, you can contact up to 15 members only. You can receive interest from unlimited members but, you can send interest and communicate with your contacts only.

Platinum Membership

It's a 180 days paid membership. You can view unlimited profiles but, you can contact up to 35 members only. You can receive interest from unlimited members but, you can send interest and communicate with your contacts only.

Our focus is to make sure the matches made by our services are strong and last. Our profiles ask 30 vital and relevant questions mostly multiple choices in different sections needed in making relationships work. Answering all profile questions will make your profile complete and unique and that will help other users find you in search results and help us to find you more accurate matches.

Profile should be updated if your information has been changed or if you wish to change your personal seach preferences. Login to hubbline.com using your ID and password. To ensure the genuineness of profiles on Hubbline.com, we ask that all members verify their identity by providing us a copy of an identification documents. This verification is optional, however we encourage all members to take this step to help improve the security of our site. We would like to make your online dating experience safe and help protect our members against non-genuine members and general predatory behavior.

The process includes verification of details such as name, gender, date of birth and photo and is an important part of the profile creation process because it:

• # Profile highlights with verified stamp.
• # Gives site members greater peace of mind about site security.
• # Reduces the likelihood of non-genuine profiles on the site.
• # Discourages non-serious members from joining the site.

To verify your profile, choose "Verify Profile" from the member menu. Click the "Choose file" button to choose your verification document. Once your document is uploaded, you will be asked to fill in a brief form with your personal information you would like to be verified. Click "Submit" button to complete the process. Please make sure to complete your profile in order to profile to be verified.

Your verification document must meet the following criteria:

• # It must be government issued, e.g., passport, NID, driver licence etc.
• # It must be a color copy - black and white copies cannot be accepted.
• # It must include your personal information and a photo.
• # It must be valid, i.e., not expired or cancelled.

Your identification documents will be used for profile verification purposes only. The status of your verification is displayed on your profile to enable other members to confirm your profile is genuine.

Photos are reviewed by Hubbline support team to ensure they comply with our photo requirements, for example, your face can be seen clearly and your photo is not offensive.

Login to hubbline.com using your email adress and password. You can change your password by clicking "Change Password" menu in left side pan or you can Click Here.

Click on LOGIN on upper right hand corner. Click on Forgot Password link on LOGIN dialog box or Click Here. Enter your email in FORGOT PASSWORD dialog box and click on Submit. An email will be send to your email address to reset your password.

You can view your search results at different levels of detail by choosing a different options. Click on the profile you wish to view profile details from your search results. You can click on "Click here to see images" in individual profile to view user photo gallery.

You can update your match preferences in Basic or Advance Search from left side menu. Enter your search preferences in Basic search or Advance search based on your liking, that will give you the matching results. Answering all profile questions will make your profile complete and unique and that will help other users find you in search results and help us to find you more accurate matches.

Your matches automatically generated based on your match preferences. You won't be able to delete someone from the search results. If you are not happy with the results, please update your match preferences by changing search criteria in Basic search or Advance search.

A Red heart or love symbol will be blinking next to My Favoritein left side or top menu.

Your favorites list is a great way to keep track of members you are interested in. You can manage your contacts or favorites list under My Favorite in left side or top menu. To add a member to your Interested list, click the "Heart Symbol" on a particular profile you are interested in. Once you sent your interest to a profile that will be in pending untill accepted. Heart symbol will turn to pink color once your interest accepetd and that particular profile will be added in your contact list. If someone sent you an interest that will remain pending untill you accepted. You can dislike or delete your peding or accepted contact list by clicking on pink heart sysmbol in My Favorite from left side or top menu. Once you dislike a profile that profile heart symbol will turn to blue.

You have to send or receive interest and at least one successful connection needed to be use the instant messaging. Instant messanger "Chats" option will be available lower right hand corner. Click on "Chats" and search or look for your contacts to start your chats.

You will hear a bell sound everytime you login hubbline.com until you read the message. Click on the profile to read the message and start sending and receiving message instantly

A check mark next to your message indicate your message being read.

You have to become a paid member to send and receive interest from another members.

You can send and receive unlimited messages per day if you are paid member.

First action you take just block the contact by clicking dislike heart icon from your interest accepeted contact list. Contact us immediately with suspected contact details. We will take needed action.

You can block a member from contacting you from several different areas of the site. All your contact list you can find under "Favorite Profile" either in "Interest Sent" or "Interest Received". You can dislike or blocked a profile by clicking on pink heart sysmbol. Once you dislike a profile that profile that profile won't be able to communicate with you.

First action you take just block the contact by clicking dislike heart icon from your interest accepeted contact list. Contact us immediately with suspected contact details. We will take needed action.
